Despite looking at my saltwater pool right now and there's all this concern about salt exposure potentially affecting my blood pressure like my doctor mentioned. I'm wondering if all that time I spend floating around in there could actually be making things worse? Like, am I basically soaking in a giant salt bath that's gonna spike my BP?
